Brooke Davis is a dedicated advocate with a practice focus on employment discrimination, construction defect, and probate claims. Employment Discrimination:

Brooke’s employment discrimination practice includes representing employees facing discrimination based on their race, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, religion, disability, age, pregnancy, and other protected characteristics. Brooke represents employees during all stages of their case; from negotiating severance, representation during the EEOC investigation, to filing a lawsuit in federal court, Brooke is able to assist.

Construction Defect: 

Brooke also seeks justice for homeowners who purchase a newly constructed home and later discover defects. Brooke represents homeowners in many capacities which includes reviewing and revising contracts, submitting warranty claims to a builder, negotiating resolution, and filing a lawsuit and/or arbitration.

Probate: 

Brooke represents individuals who have lost a loved one through the probate and/or estate administration process. Brooke is able to clearly explain and guide clients through the complex process of probate and/or estate administration in Alabama. 

Brooke has been practicing law for nearly a decade and has been a member of Beckum Law’s legal team since 2018. Before obtaining a law license, Brooke attended the Birmingham School of Law where she had the unique opportunity to study the law both in the classroom and in practice by working full-time assisting and shadowing practicing civil litigation attorneys. 

Brooke is a Shelby County native and enjoys spending time with her family and golfing.
